Training Day “Remote Work and Organisational Well-Being”
The Directorate General for Education, Research, and Cultural Institutes, with the support of the Directorate General for Organisation, is organising a training course dedicated to Remote Work and Organisational Well-Being, intended for all staff of the Ministry of Culture.
The training day focuses on the impact of remote working on work-life balance. The objective is to identify new opportunities linked to remote working and provide the keys to soft skills, to work effectively both as managers and as collaborators, combining remote work with organisational well-being.
Topics covered
- Analysis of the context, labour market, and female employment data before and after the COVID-19 pandemic
- Remote work or agile work (definition)
- Spread of agile work in Europe and Italy before and after the pandemic, and the evolving regulations
- Impact of agile work in public administrations and work-life balance (advantages and disadvantages)
Enrolment and use
The day will be available live on the MiC’s Moodle Platform on 29 March 2022 from 10:00 to 13:00.
From 1 April until 31 May 2022, the content will also be available on demand.

Attending the entire training day (approximately 3 hours) entitles participants to 3 continuing education credits (CFC).
