The beneficiaries of the three-year grants disbursed by the Directorate-General for Education, Research and Cultural Institutes are again advised to forward the following documentation, under penalty of exclusion of the cultural institute from the three-year Table referred to in Article 1 of Law 534/96:
- budget 2022 by December 2021 or in any case within thirty days of approval
- report on the cultural activities carried out in 2021 at the same time as sending the 2022 estimate
- cultural activity program 2022 by December 2021 or in any case within thirty days of approval
- budget 2023, cultural programming 2023 and report on the cultural activity carried out in 2022 by December 2022 or in any case within 30 days of the relative approvals
- current statute and any Regulations of Administration and Personnel
- final balance sheet 2021 strictly no later than 30 June 2022 with the relative approval of the statutory bodies of administration and controlunder penalty of reimbursement of the contribution paid
- final balance 2022 strictly no later than 30 June 2023 with the relative approval of the statutory bodies of administration and controlunder penalty of reimbursement of the contribution paid.
