The circular which regulates the granting of contributions aimed at the organization of conferences and the publication of volumes of significant cultural interest promoted or organized by associations, foundations and other non-profit organizations, is published.
The application for concession of contributions can be submitted from 1 to 31 January of each year. If the terms fall on a public holiday, these are deferred to the next working day.
All the news for filling out the applications
- The portal registration, for the insertion of new questions, is allowed only through SPID or CIE.
- The grant application must be submitted exclusively using the telematic platform managed by the Ministry of Culture, Directorate General for Education, Research and Cultural Institutes, Service II accessible at https://istitutidgeric.beniculturali.it. Non sarà presa in considerazione qualsiasi altra modalità di presentazione. L’omissione anche parziale dei dati richiesti esclude la valutazione dell’istanza.
- Applications can be submitted by associations, foundations and other non-profit organizations, operating on the national territory.
- All the self-certifications necessary to complete the application (free corporate offices, false or misleading declarations, fulfillment of the obligation of transparency for public contributions received, declaration of non-subjectibility to the DURC) will be available on the platform, in order to facilitate the insertion of the application.
- In the registry of the Institution the fields have been made mandatory and blocking the progress of the formulation of the request.
- The members of the Commission are: an expert in the library sector; a research expert in the economic-social sector; a research expert in the scientific sector; an expert in the enhancement of cultural heritage.
- A new reporting grid of expenses, for entities eligible for funding, has been introduced to the platform.
- Expansion of evaluation criteria within projects: they must guarantee an important contribution to the knowledge and progress of scientific research; the protection, enhancement and promotion of the Italian cultural heritage; of Italian political, social and economic history.
- To comply with the reporting obligation, it will be sufficient to send only 2 copies of the publication rewarded.
