The11 November, from 16.00 to 18.30, on Slash Radio Web the new broadcast of the program will be broadcast 'Art Conversations', fourth date of Imagine. A heritage to read and tell; a cycle of broadcasts to tell the cultural heritage through the stories and narratives contained in the works of ancient and modern authors.
The episode is dedicated to the theme: Travel diaries, knowledge diaries. This time the protagonists are the diaries of illustrious writers and travellers, who through their pages have given us back their impressions and testimonies, precious sources for knowing the places of our heritage as they appeared in past eras.
At the center, therefore, the social and cultural phenomenon of Grand Tour. The journey par excellence that saw Italy as a privileged destination, an educational and cultural enrichment experience for the European elite between the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries.
The theme of travel will also be an opportunity to get to know, from a less usual angle, a unique place of our heritage, the Farnese Theater in Parma, and to discover the erudite attraction of cultured travelers for the rich libraries of our country.
The usual 'SlashArt pill' by the Homer State Tactile Museum which will be dedicated to 'Canova and his invented Venus: an ancient and always current subject'.
Finally, a new contribution elaborated within the project for transversal skills and guidance 'You learn by talking', a story written, illustrated and interpreted by a student of the 'Giulio Cesare' classical high school in Rome, which takes its cue from the imaginary suggestions of a little girl in front of the gigantic statues of the Fontana dei Fiumi in Rome.
