Administrating Heritage – In-Depth Modules on Administrative and Accounting Topics

The Directorate General for Education, Research, and Cultural Institutes is offering the training programme Administrating Heritage, organised into 8 in-depth modules and 2 workshop days on administrative and accounting topics.

The goal is to provide an opportunity for an operational refresher course on specific and highly professional topics in public budgeting.

  • Management of lapsed expenditure carryovers - programme
  • Financial Management of the secondary authorising officer, the figure of the delegate officer - programme
  • Workshop day: Financial Management of the secondary authorising officer, the figure of the delegate officer - programme
  • Ministry Asset Management - programme
  • Additional charges and single payslips - programme
  • Economic-Analytic Accounting - programme

The in-depth modules and workshop days will be available both live and on demand, according to the calendar in the circulars DG-ERIC n. 23 dated 17/05/2022 and n.37 dated 08/09/2022, within the MiC’s MOODLE Platform.

Enrolment must be completed, based on the dates published in the circulars, on the MiC Course Portal: Course Portal (beniculturali.it)

Target audience

MiC staff performing activities related to the course topics.

Enrolment and use

Enrolment for the first 7 modules were reopened from 7 to 16 September 2022 exclusively on the MiC Course Portal: https://portalecorsi.beniculturali.it.
Enrolment for modulo 8 and the 2 workshops were open from 12 to 30 September 2022 exclusively on the MiC Course Portal: https://portalecorsi.beniculturali.it.

There is a separate enrolment for each in-depth module and the workshop days.

The training modules and workshop days will be available both live and on demand starting from 14 June 2022 to 28 February 2023 on the MiC’s MOODLE Platform: https://moodle.cultura.gov.it/.

NOTICE for all MiC employees interested in the module: Administrating Heritage – Expense Procedures.
Given the complexity of the topic, the module is split onto two different days. Participants must enrol in both Part 1 and Part 2 to complete the module.
