Course description
As part of the National Program (PN) Culture 2021-2027, the Administrative Regeneration Plan (PRigA) was adopted which defines a set of actions aimed at the strengthening of administrative and institutional capacityin the relevant sectors of intervention, including staff training.
In this context, the Autorità di Gestione del PN FESR Cultura 2021-2027 of the MiC, in collaboration with theDirezione generale Educazione ricerca e istituti culturali, has defined a training plan for the two-year period 2024-2025 entitled The 2021-2027 programming cycle in the context of development and cohesion policies: elements for process management and control.
The plan is made up of 13 modules, divided into 23 teaching units, for a total of 160 hours of training.
Module 7 The Management and Control System (Si.Ge.Co.) under the SIE Funds
The Module 7 is composed by two units:
- Unit 14 The overall architecture and instrumentation of the Si.Ge.Co.
Unit dedicated to the overall architecture and instrumentation of the Si.Ge.Co. (control regime, avenues and checklists, sampling procedures, fraud risk weighting, on-desk and on-the-spot checks, receipt, verification and validation of reimbursement claims, execution and accounting of payments for transactions under direction and ownership; irregularities and recoveries, etc.) - Unit 15 Relevance of the national monitoring information system
Unit dedicated to monitoring, reporting and control obligations of the measures and projects financed and related obligations
Target audience
The training course is aimed at managers and staff of the Officials Area and Assistant Area of the Ministry of Culture who operate in the context of community and national cohesion policies.
Enrolment and use
Registrations to Module 7 are open from 8 to 25 November 2024 on MiC course portal. Access to the authorization procedure by the Director on the course portal is possible until 26 November 2024.
