Course description
The Service I of the former General Directorate for Education, Research and Cultural Institutes promotes, as part of the Dicolab. Digital culture, the Social Media Management for Cultural Organizations training course, curated by the National School of Heritage and Cultural Activities.
The training initiative is part of the actions defined by the Ministry of Culture within the PNRR, Mission 1, Component 3 Culture 4.0, Investment 1.1 Digital strategies and platforms for cultural heritage. In particular, the program is financed by the European Union-Next Generation EU with resources from sub-investment 1.1.6 Training and improvement of digital skills, of which the National School of Cultural Heritage and Activities is the implementing body.
The program
The training course offers a research program at digital communication strategies for cultural institutions, with a particular focus on audience engagement through social media and is divided into three courses in MOOC format:
- Digital communication strategies: policy, influencer marketing and crisis management
- Audience engagement on social media
- User Generated Content: how to involve users in content production
Target audience
The training course is aimed at all MiC staff of the Officials Area and Assistants Area who carry out activities related, in particular in the communication field, to the topics covered in the course and to external users interested in the proposed activities.
Enrolment
Registrations for MiC staff are open from 30 May to 20 June 2025 exclusively on the Course Portal. The authorization procedure for MiC staff by the Manager will be possible until 24 June 2025.
Registrations for external users are managed directly by the National School of Cultural Heritage and Activities on its own platform.
Learning mode
The training course will be available on demand on the FAD platform of the National School of Heritage and Cultural Activitiesfrom 30 June to 4 November 2025.
