Course description

The General Directorate for Museums, the General Directorate for Education, Research and Cultural Institutes and the Fondazione Scuola dei beni e delle attività culturali, in collaboration with the Regional Directorate of Museums and the Lombardy Region, organize the workshop The tools of the National Museum System – Milan Editionfor MiC staff.

The initiative is part of a series of meetings on the territory planned by the third edition of Musei in Corso, information and training project for the National Museum System.

The first meeting will take place in the presence on May 30, 2023, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm, in Milan at Gallerie d'Italia in piazza della Scala, 6 for a maximum of 30 participants.

Workshop objectives:

  • create a common and collaborative culture on the issues of museum care and management
  • promote the acquisition of skills for those who work in museums
  • test the tools made with a view of a continuous updating and improvement of them.

Target audience

The training initiative is addressed to the Ministry staff, for a maximum of 30 participants, with special regard to the Directors and Superintendents or their delegates according to the following indications:

  • Regional Directorate of Lombardy Museums and related Museums – n. 20 representatives
  • Autonomous museums of Lombardy – n. 6 representatives (2 per Institute)
  • Superintendence of Archaeology, Fine Arts and Landscape of the Lombardy region – n. 4 representatives (1 per Institute)

Avviso proroga iscrizioni (15 maggio 2023)

Le iscrizioni al laboratorio Gli strumenti del Sistema Nazionale Museale – Edizione di Milano, riservato al personale MiC, sono prorogate al 17 maggio 2023. Le autorizzazioni dovranno essere rilasciate sul Partale dei corsi entro e non oltre il 18 maggio 2023.
