Course description
As part of the National Program (PN) Culture 2021-2027, the Administrative Regeneration Plan (PRigA) was adopted which defines a set of actions aimed at the strengthening of administrative and institutional capacityin the relevant sectors of intervention, including staff training.
In this context, the Autorità di Gestione del PN FESR Cultura 2021-2027 of the MiC, in collaboration with theDirezione generale Educazione ricerca e istituti culturali, has defined a training plan for the two-year period 2024-2025 entitled The 2021-2027 programming cycle in the context of development and cohesion policies: elements for process management and control.
The plan is made up of 13 modules, divided into 23 teaching units, for a total of 160 hours of training.
Module 6-A The building blocks of selection procedures under the ESI Funds, environmental requirements, state aid and financial instruments
The module 6-A is composed by two different units:
- Unit 10 The criteria for drafting notices and selection of transactions
Unit dedicated to the criteria for drafting notices and selecting operations, programming elements (priorities, specific objectives, actions, indicators) and individual activation/selection procedures. - UD 11 Do No Significant Harm (DNSH) and Climate proofing
Training activity focused on the programming cycle of cohesion policy in environmental matters. In particular, this unit will address the principle of Do not significant harm (DNSH) and the verification of the so-called immunization of the effects of the climate.
Target audience
The training course is aimed at managers and staff of the Officials Area and Assistant Area who operate in the context of community and national cohesion policies. The courses are also aimed at Ales S.p.A. staff and collaborators who work at the Ministero della Cultura.
Enrolment and use
Registrations to Module 6-A are open from 26 July to 20 September 2024 exclusively on MiC course portal. Access to the authorization procedure by the Director on the course portal is possible until 24 September 2024.
Il modulo sarà fruibile in on demand (on demand) dal 9 ottobre 2024 e al 9 gennaio 2025 on the nuova piattaforma E-lea del Ministero della Cultura, anziché dal 30 settembre al 31 dicembre 2024 come inizialmente comunicato. Si precisa che la data di fruizione del corso è stata posticipata per motivi tecnici con circolare n.54/2024.
