Course description

As part of the Programma Nazionale (PN) Cultura 2021-2027, the Piano di Rigenerazione Amministrativa (PRigA) was adopted which defines a set of actions aimed at strengthening of administrative and institutional capacityin the relevant sectors of intervention, including staff training

In this context, the Autorità di Gestione del PN FESR Cultura 2021-2027 of the MiC, in collaboration with theDirezione generale Educazione ricerca e istituti culturali, has defined a training plan for the two-year period 2024-2025 entitled The 2021-2027 programming cycle in the context of development and cohesion policies: elements for process management and control.

The plan is made up of 13 modules, divided into 23 teaching units, for a total of 160 hours of training.

Module 5 Planning documents and tools for measuring the effectiveness of implementation

Module 5 focuses on the overall strategy, the strategic and specific objectives, the actions and related financial resources, the results, the role of indicators and the choices made by the Regional Programmes (PRs) in relation to the FESR 2021-2027 National Programme (PN) Culture. It consists of three teaching units (UD 7, UD 8, UD9):

  • UD 7 The National Culture 21/27 Program
  • UD 8 Output and result indicators in the methodological report
  • UD 9 The regional programs of reference

Target audience

The training course is aimed at managers and staff of the Officials Area and Assistant Area who operate in the context of community and national cohesion policies. The courses are also aimed at Ales S.p.A. staff and collaborators who work at the Ministero della Cultura.

Enrolment and use

Registrations to Module 5 are open from 26 June to 19 July 2024 exclusively on MiC course portal. Access to the authorization procedure by the Director on the course portal is possible until 23 July 2024.

Il modulo sarà fruibile in on demand (on demand) dal 29 luglio al 31 ottobre 2024 on the nuova piattaforma E-lea of the Ministry of Culture.
