Course description

As part of the National Program (PN) Culture 2021-2027, the Administrative Regeneration Plan (PRigA) was adopted which defines a set of actions aimed at the strengthening of administrative and institutional capacity in the relevant sectors of intervention, including staff training.

In this context, the managing authority PN FESR Cultura 2021-2027 of the MiC, in collaboration with the DGERIC, has defined a training plan for the two-year period 2024-2025 entitled The 2021-2027 programming cycle in the context of development and cohesion policies: elements for process management and control.

The plan consists of 14 Modules, divided into a total of 24 Teaching Units (UD), for a total of 160 hours.

Module 8 Partnership fundamentals

Module 8 is composed by two different units:

  • UD 16 The european code of conduct for the partnership: focus on the essential fundamentals of the code in the context of the european structural and investment funds and on the criteria of the related programmes.
  • UD 17 Stakeholders, institutional cooperation, partnership networks: this unit addresses various topics such as district experiences and clusters; expansion of the reference audience; construction and enhancement of local, national and international networks; identification and exchange of good practices.

Target audience

The training course is aimed at managers and staff of the Officials Area and Assistant Area of the Ministry of Culture who operate in the context of community and national cohesion policies.

Enrolment and use

Registrations are open from 3 to 24 March 2025 on MiC course portal. Access to the authorization procedure by the Director on the training portal is possible until 26 March 2025.

The form will be available on demand , dal 31 marzo al 30 giugno 2025 on the piattaforma E-lea of the Ministry of Culture.
