Course description
The General Directorate for Education, Research and Cultural Institutes organizes a training day focused on the institution of copyright in the protection and enhancement of the original works; starting from the regulatory context of reference, the types of copyright and the characteristics, as well as the activity of the SIAE and the relationship between copyright and artificial intelligence, will be analyzed.
During the training activity, different types of copyright will be dealt with and their characteristics, related rights, with reference to the national and EU context, up to the recent Copyright Directive of 2019. The impact of artificial intelligence systems on copyright and the relationship with the AI Act, which has just been approved by the EU, will then be analyzed.
Target audience
The course is aimed at all MiC staff who need an update on the subject.

Registrations are open from 15 July to 12 September 2024 exclusively on MiC course portal. Access to the authorization procedure by the Director on the course portal is possible until 16 September 2024.

Il corso sarà inoltre fruibile in asynchronous mode (on demand) a partire dal 1°ottobre al 20 dicembre 2024, sulla Piattaforma E-lea.
