Course description
The Grant Office for European funding of the Ministry of Culture, in collaboration with the Directorate-General for Education, Research and Cultural Institutes and Intellera consulting Spa, organizes the basic course Introduction to Europroject design.
The training initiative wants to provide the tools and basic skills to navigate the world of directly managed European funding and to develop effective and valuable cultural projects in response to European calls for proposals. Case studies and practical examples of projects funded in the cultural and creative sector will also be brought to the attention of participants.
Target audience
The basic course is aimed at the staff of the Ministry of Culture of the Area Officials and Area Assistants, with or without previous experience in the field of European planning, interested in the training topics offered and/or the possibility of participating with their institute in European calls, as well as those who are involved in a European project. It should be noted that the recipients must not have benefited from previous basic training offered by the Grant Office.
A primary requirement is knowledge of English (ref. level B).

Course program and methods
The 2025 edition of the basic course in Europroject planning will be held in mixed mode:
- two introductory online modules scheduled for 9th and 10th June 2025 and available in live streaming on the Intellera consulting Spa online platform, which will provide participants with a theoretical framework on European funds and design techniques
- a practical laboratory in the classroom to apply the techniques to a concrete project, on June 12th, 2025 in person at the company's headquarters in Via Po 14 - Rome (as per the attached program)
Enrolment
Registrations for the course are open from 7 April to 7 May 2025 exclusively on the Portale dei Corsi MiC. The authorization procedures by the Directors must be completed no later than 9 May 2025.
