Avviso generico formazione

The National School of Cultural Heritage and Activities, in collaboration with the General Directorates for Organization-DiAG and the General Directoratefor Education, Research and Cultural Institutes-DiAC and with the National School of Administration, proposes training needs survey and follow-up paths addressed to second-level managers of the Ministry of Culture. The initiative is aimed at the technical managers of the Ministry placed on tenure following the First Course-Competition and the managers selected through the VIII SNA Course-Competition.

It is divided into two distinct programs, with the aim of evaluating the effectiveness of the Course-competition and collecting training needs in a systematic and timely manner, with the aim of designing training courses calibrated to the real needs of each manager.

IN-ASCOLTO. Survey of training needs for long-term managers of the MiC

The aim of the course is to promote a process of listening to and sharing the training needs of managers who already work in the Ministry to collect useful data and indications for the design of future training initiatives that concretely respond to the identified needs. Using the participatory method of the World Café, which favors informal dialogue and collective consultation, the participants will take turns on thematic tables in which reflection will be stimulated and discussed around the following topics:

  1. How to manage change
  2. The legacy of the PNRR
  3. How to manage personnel and labor relations

The recipients of the initiative are the 116 second-tier managers of the Ministry of Culture, not from the last courses-competitions, who will be divided into two groups, to participate, on a geographical basis, in two face-to-face meetings lasting one day each, scheduled for September 2025.

IN-ASCOLTO. Follow-up path for newly entered managers from the I Course-Competition for MiC technical managers and the VIII SNA Course-Competition

The course represents the continuation of the training program carried out as part of the Course-competition, with the aim of verifying the effective transfer of learning to work and organizational processes and identify training needs for the design of new training and updating initiatives. The survey tools consist of: questionnaires, interviews and focus groups. The recipients of the project are the 50 winning managers of the Course-competition for technical managers of the Ministry of Culture and the 13 winners of the VIII Course-competition of the National School of Administration.

The three operational phases:

  • May– June 2025: administration of a questionnaire for the collection of useful data
  • July– September 2025: administration of semi-structured interviews
  • 30 September– 1st October 2025: face-to-face meeting in Caserta in which the evidence that emerged in the previous phases will be integrated and discussed

At the end of the three phases, the research report will be drawn up, which will return the overall results of the process in a systematic and organic form.

It will be the responsibility of the National School of Cultural Heritage and Activities to promptly communicate to the managers timely information relating to the performance of the planned activities.
