
Service I – Research Office promotes the ECHOES consultation which contributes to defining the future of international cooperation on cultural heritage.
The ECHOES project, funded by the European Commission and supported by UK Research and Innovation, is the initiative leading the construction of the Cultural Heritage Cloud, or European Collaborative Cloud for Cultural Heritage (ECCCH). This shared platform will revolutionize the way cultural heritage professionals and researchers collaborate, modernizing workflows and processes.
As part of the initiative, the ECHOES Consultation is available, an action aimed at mapping different cultural heritage communities and understanding their needs and expectations for the Cultural Heritage Cloud.
Why partecipate?

How to participate?
The consultation starts with a online questionnaire, followed by a workshop, the establishment of focus groups and targeted interviews to ensure an inclusive and comprehensive approach.
The questionnaire seeks to identify the various heritage professionals and researchers and to question how they use digital tools in their daily work. It is based on methodologies adopted in the past by established initiatives such as ESPADON, E-RIHS, ARIADNE RI, CLARIN and PERCEIVE.
Who can contribute?
The consultation is open toall stakeholders interested in cultural heritage, including practitioners, researchers, computer scientists/developers, organisations and institutions with an interest in the development and application of the Cultural Heritage Cloud. Participation will be instrumental in shaping the future of digital cultural heritage.
