To simplify the reporting of the activities and expenses incurred by the National Committees and Editions receiving contributions from the Ministry of Culture, the reporting forms are published.
The Reporting of National Publications of the activities and expenses incurred by the National Committees, pursuant to art. 5, paragraph 1, of the circular Directorate General for Education, Research and Cultural Institutes 25 February 2021, n. 6, takes place from 1 to 31 January of each year and in any case within 3 months of the end of the celebrations, by sending Service II of the Directorate General for Education, Research and Cultural Institutes the module Reporting of National Publications (download form) completed and digitally signed at the address: dg-eric.servizio2@beniculturali.it.

The Reporting of National Publications of the national editions, pursuant to art. 8, paragraph 1, of the circular Directorate General for Education, Research and Cultural Institutes 25 February 2021, n. 6, is presented by the President of the Scientific Commission at the deadlines of 31 June and 31 December of each year by sending it to Service II of the Directorate General for Education, Research and Cultural Institutes of the Reporting form (download form) completed and digitally signed at dg-eric.servizio2@beniculturali.it. The form relating to the first semester must be sent by 15 July while the form relating to the second semester must be sent by the following 15 January.
