The Directorate General for Education, Research and Cultural Institutes prepares, with the collaboration of the School of Cultural Heritage and Activities Foundation, one online tracking tool for theacquisition of data on training needs of Ministry staff. This tool is aimed at monitoring staff needs and the subsequent definition of the Training Implementation Plan for the second and third quarter of 2023, in line with the objectives related to the continuous staff updating.
On this occasion, the survey focuses on the main sectors of interest for the Administration, in line with the strategic objectives of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR):
- digital transition
- ecological transition and sustainability
- emergency prevention and management
- legal-administrative area
