The second episode of "Officina Patrimonio" dedicated to discovery will air on Monday 25 September.
Discovering cultural heritage means discovering history and its protagonists, recovering ancient wisdom handed down over time, understanding the transformations that have shaped territories and traditions. It is precisely the discovery at the center of the second episode of "Officina heritage", the new program that aims to bring us closer to cultural heritage, created by Rai Cultura and the General Directorate for Education, research and cultural institutes of the Ministry of Culture, broadcast on Monday 25 September at 10.40pm for the first time on Rai Storia (and a repeat on Tuesday 26 September at 11.15am, Wednesday 27 September at 08.15am and Thursday 28 September at 4.30pm again on Rai Storia).
In this event "Officina heritage" stops in Locri at the Museum and Park national archaeological site of Locri, Urbino at National Gallery of Marche, Venice at Biblioteca Nazionale Marciana and Udine at Superintendency of Archaeology, Fine Arts and Landscape of Friuli Venezia Giulia at Palazzo Clabassi.
City where girls and boys go to discover and recover archaeological finds and learn empirically the knowledge of a refined artistic technique such as inlay. They also include the transition from the manuscript to the printed book thanks also to the use of binding techniques. And they discover, finally, how the multiplicity of views of people who come from foreign countries can constitute a wealth and offer a new and unusual reading of our cultural heritage.
