The General Directorate for Education, Research and Cultural Institutes participates in the event Land of Encounter, Dialogue and Knowledge: two days dedicated to the theme of education for cultural heritage in Friuli Venezia Giulia on 8 and 9 May 2025 in Udine. The event includes the presentation of an editorial initiative, carried out by the Regional Secretariat of the Ministry of Culture for Friuli Venezia Giulia in collaboration with the Superintendence of Archaeology, Fine Arts and Landscape of Friuli Venezia Giulia, and the holding of two study days.

The presentation of the book (8 May)

The presentation of the book Land of Encounter, Dialogue and Knowledge. Experiences of education to cultural heritage in Friuli Venezia Giulia, curated by Morena Maresia, will be held on Thursday 8 May 2025 at 10.00 a.m. at the Church of San Francesco in Udine, as part of the Festival vicino/lontano Premio Terzani 2025.

The volume presents regional cultural heritage as an opportunity for social inclusion and participation for the community of reference. The work analyzes, in fact, the development of cultural activities in the territory and the methodology tested, in order to stimulate shared reflections and create replicable tools in the educational field.

Study days (8 and 9 May)

The presentation of the volume opens the two days of study dedicated to cultural heritage education, aimed at teachers, educators, professionals and students, with the aim of making the project paths presented into shared reflections, replicable methodologies and research tools. Thursday 8 May (2.00 p.m.-5.00 p.m.) and Friday 9 May (10.00 a.m.-1.00 p.m. and 2.00 p.m.-5.00 p.m.) at Palazzo Clabassi in Udine.
