Course description
The Directorate General for Education, Research and Cultural Institutes organizes, in collaboration with the Directorate General Budget , the course Analysis of the financial statements of the MiC autonomous institutes and museums.
The course falls within the scope of the training cycle Administering heritage - 2023 edition , created by the General Management and focused on specific administrative and accounting issues of public bodies.
The aim of the course is to frame and explore the budget schemes of the autonomous institutes and museums of the Ministry of Culture.
Main topics addressed
- brief notes on the special autonomy of the autonomous institutes and museums of the MiC, on the accounting systems and budget schemes of public administrations and on the Integrated Chart of Accounts;
- regulations and regulatory insights on: cash service, administration and accounting of public bodies;
- insights into the budget schemes of the autonomous MiC institutes and museums.
Target audience
The course is aimed at personnel of the Ministry of Culture from the Officials Area, the Assistant Area and the Operators Area, employed in the administrative-accounting sector and who carry out activities related to the topics of the training course
Enrolment and use
Registrations are open from 9 October to 8 November 2023 exclusively on Course Portal MiC. The authorization procedures by the Directors must be completed no later than 10 November 2023.
The course will take place in the following ways:
- on November 14, 2023 from 9.30 am to 1.30 pm in person in Rome at the Maria Clara Lilli Di Franco conference room in via Milano 76 – headquarters of the General Management – and will be simultaneously broadcast in synchronous mode (live streaming) on the MiC Moodle Platform;
- on demand from 28 November 2023 to 29 March 2024 on the MiC Moodle Platform.
