We report the online publication TOCTION Cultural Heritage – ACtivities and Training from Italy ON Cultural Heritage. Training and international technical assistance of the Ministry of Culture in the years 2018 and 2019. Promoted by the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Culture, the publication was produced by School of Cultural Heritage and Activities Foundation with the contribution of the Institutes of the Ministry that participated in the survey.
There are important international projects of the Directorate General for Education, Research and Cultural Institutes and related central institutes. Among the most relevant, the project International Training Projects ITP which has promoted international cultural exchanges through the offer of training activities (courses or internships). The project provided scholarships for foreign students already active in the field of cultural heritage, restoration and conservation, performing arts and music. The most conspicuous training offer is that concerning the sector Conservation and restoration, with courses provided by the Central Institute for Restoration and the Opificio delle Pietre Dure. For the sector Knowledge of cultural heritage, the courses are provided by the Central Institute for Cataloging and Documentation and by the Central Institute for Graphics. The sector Protection of cultural heritage instead it offered courses provided by the Carabinieri Command for the Protection of Cultural Heritage.
