The principle of transparency is intended as “total accessibility” to information concerning the organisation and activities of public administrations (d.lgs 150/2009, d.lgs 33/2013). The objective of the regulation is to foster widespread citizen control over the work of institutions and the use of public resources.
In particular, the publication of data is meant to encourage citizen participation for the following purposes:
- ensure the knowledge of services performed, quantitative and qualitative features, as well as implementation methods;
- prevent corruption and promote integrity;
- subject every stage of the performance management cycle to extensive oversight, to allow for improvement.
Nella sezione Amministrazione Trasparente del Ministero della cultura sono pubblicati i dati, le informazioni e i documenti che riguardano il Ministero in tutte le sue articolazioni centrali e periferiche, tenuto conto delle disposizioni normative, del Programma triennale per la trasparenza e l’integrità 2019-2021, elaborato sulle linee guida dell’Autorità Nazionale Anticorruzione (ANAC), e dei contributi forniti da ciascun ufficio.
Si riportano in questa sezione del sito i dati, le informazioni e i documenti relativi alla Direzione Generale educazione, ricerca e istituti culturali, precisando che gli stessi sono pubblicati anche nella sezione Amministrazione Trasparenza del sito del Ministero della Cultura (https://cultura.gov.it/).
