The beneficiaries of the three-year grants disbursed by the Directorate General for Education, Research and Cultural Institutes are advised to submit the following documentation, under penalty of exclusion of the cultural institute from the three-year Table referred to in Article 1 of Law 534/96:
- budget 2022 by December 2021 or in any case within thirty days of approval
- report on the cultural activities carried out in 2021 at the same time as sending the 2022 estimate
- cultural activity program 2022 by December 2021 or in any case within thirty days of approval
- budget 2023, cultural programming 2023 and report on the cultural activity carried out in 2022 by December 2022 or in any case within 30 days of the relative approvals
- current statute and any Regulations of Administration and Personnel
- final balance sheet 2021 strictly no later than 30 June 2022 with the relative approval of the statutory bodies of administration and controlunder penalty of reimbursement of the contribution paid
- final balance 2022 strictly no later than 30 June 2023 with the relative approval of the statutory bodies of administration and controlunder penalty of reimbursement of the contribution paid.
