Course description
The General Directorate for Education, Research and Cultural Institutes, in collaboration with the General Directorate for Archives, is organising a training day on the archival treatment of oral sources, according to the theoretical and methodological perspective illustrated in the Vademecum for the treatment of oral sources, recently published by the General Directorate for Archives.
The main topics of the training course
- the oral source as an archival document: definition and characteristics
- acquisition, storage and discarding
- the criteria and methods of ordering and description
- use and enhancement, use and reuse of oral sources and the rules on consultation
of the documents, copyright and data protection
Target audience
The course is for MiC staff of the Officials Area and the Assistants Area performing activities related to the topics discussed.
Enrolment and use
Registrations are open from 15 July to 12 September 2024 exclusively on MiC course portal. Access to the authorization procedure by the Director on the course portal is possible until 16 September 2024.
Il corso si svolgerà in presenza il 24 settembre 2024 dalle ore 10.00 alle ore 13.00 presso la sala conferenze Maria Clara Lilli Di Franco, in via Milano 76 a Roma e sarà contestualmente trasmesso in diretta streaming sulla nuova Piattaforma della formazione E-lea of the Ministry of Culture.
Il corso sarà inoltre fruibile in asynchronous mode (on demand) a partire dal 7 ottobre al 27 dicembre 2024, sulla Piattaforma E-lea.
