Until May 12, 2023 the survey of training needs is open for all MiC staff by accessing the RPV at the link https://www.rpv.beniculturali.it/?p=187454.
Lo online tracking tool for theacquisition of data on training needs of the Ministry staff is prepared by the General Directorate for Education, Research and Cultural Institutes with the collaboration of the School of Cultural Heritage and Activities Foundation. This tool is aimed at monitoring staff needs and subsequently defining the training implementation plan for the second and third quarter of 2023, in line with the objectives related to the continuous updating of personnel.
The survey focuses on the main sectors of interest for the Administration, in line with the strategic objectives of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR):
- digital transition
- ecological transition and sustainability
- emergency prevention and management
- legal-administrative area
