Course description
As part of the training course Administering personnel , the Directorate General for Education, Research and Cultural Institutes organizes, in collaboration with the General Management of Organisation, a second course on personnel management entitled Severance pay: practical cases and operational aspects regarding TFS and TFR , divided into two distinct training modules.
First module – TFS and Last Mile
The first module analyzes the correct arrangement of the insurance position for TFS purposes and the aspects relating to the so-called "last mile".
Second module – TFR and re-engineering process: news and questions
The second module will be dedicated to the "TFR re-engineering" procedure and to the new integrated process between TFR and insurance position through the correct valorisation of the periods and the social security regime.
Target audience
The course is aimed at personnel of the Ministry of Culture from the Officials Area, Assistant Area and Operators Area, employed in the administrative sector and who carry out related activities to the topics of the training course.
Enrolment and use
Registrations are open from 16 October to 3 November 2023 exclusively on Course Portal MiC. The authorization procedures by the Directors must be completed no later than 6 November 2023.
The modules will be available in person (conference room Maria Clara Lilli Di Franco in via Milano 76 – headquarters of the Directorate General) and in live streaming on the MiC Moodle Platform, respectively on 7 and 9 November 2023(7 November first module; 9 November second module).
The course will be available on demand on the MiC Moodle Platform from 20 November 2023 to 19 February 2024.

La giornata formativa TFS e Ultimo Miglio sarà completata giovedì 9 novembre p.v., dalle ore 14:30 alle 16:30 (2 ore), in aggiunta al secondo modulo TFR e processo di reingegnerizzazione: novità e quesiti, già in programma dalle 9:30 alle 13:30 sulla Piattaforma Moodle del MiC.
