The Directorate-General for Education, Research and Cultural Institutes publishes with DG-ERIC circular no. 50 of 23 November 2022 the new procedures for admission to annual state contributions to cultural institutions.

Updates for completing applicationsand

  • Registration on the portal, for the insertion of new questions, is permitted only through SPID or CIE.
  • The grant application must be submitted exclusively using the telematic platform managed by the Ministry of Culture, Directorate General for Education, Research and Cultural Institutes - Service II accessible at the link: https://istitutidgeric.beniculturali.it. Any other submission method will not be considered.
  • The omission, even partial, of the requested data excludes the evaluation of the application.
  • All the self-certificationthe necessary to complete the application (free corporate offices, false or misleading declarations, fulfillment of the transparency obligation for public contributions received, declaration of non-subjectibility to the DURC) will be available on the platform, to facilitate the insertion of the application.
  • In the registry of the Institution the fields have been made mandatory and blocking the progress of the formulation of the request.
  • The components of the Commission I am: an expert in the library sector; an expert in the archival sector; an expert in the field of scientific research; an expert in the enhancement of cultural heritage.
  • In the section of the platform relating to “Cultural facilities and services” additional entries are added, for a better evaluation of the cultural heritage owned by the institution.
  • A new reporting grid of expenses, for entities eligible for funding, has been introduced to the platform.
  • On delay in submitting reports it will constitute a condition of negative evaluation for admission to the eventual granting of the grant for the following year.

The application for admission must be submitted exclusively on the telematic platform from 1st to 31st January of each year. Consult the circular to find out the criteria for assigning the contribution and the evaluation methods:
