The I-Studies Office Service of the former General Directorate for Education, Research and Cultural Institutes promotes the 2025 Training activities plan aimed at Ministry of Culture staff and cultural heritage professionals. The courses in the catalogue are carried out in collaboration with the Directorates-General and the Central Institutes of the Ministry, with the National School of Cultural Heritage and Activities, in synergy with the National School of Administration (SNA), and with Universities, Institutes and Research Bodies. These also include two training needs survey and follow-up paths addressed to the II level managers of the Ministry of Culture winners of the Course-Competition for Technical Managers of the Ministry and the VIII SNA Course-Competition and to managers already in service in the Ministry.
The catalog of activities
The catalogue lists the courses scheduled for 2025, integrated by the SNA training proposal and organised into four areas:
- Technical-scientific area
- Digital transition
- Administrative transition
- Soft skills and the cultural system of public administrations
The programming of the initiatives, for a total of 42 courses (excluding SNA initiatives), may be subject to change due to the emergence of specific training needs.
