The Directorate General for Education, Research and Cultural Institutes prepares, with the collaboration of the School of Cultural Heritage and Activities Foundation, one online tracking tool for theacquisition of data on training needs of Ministry staff. This tool is aimed at monitoring staff needs and the subsequent definition of the training implementation plan for the period 2022 and for the first four months of 2023, in line with the objectives linked to continuous staff updating.
On this first occasion to restart the survey of training needs, reference is made to three main areas of interest for the Administration, identified by the three-year plan of MiC training, research and self-assessment activities and on the basis of the purposes identified by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), namely: administrative-accounting skills, crelational skills and digital skills.
