Introduction to Euro-planning. Rome edition

Grant Office - formato grande

Course description

The Grant Office for European funding from the Ministry of Culture organizes, in collaboration with the School Foundation for Cultural Heritage and Activities and with the Directorate General for Education, Research and Cultural Institutes, the workshop "Introduction to Euro-planning".

The initiative is part of a wide-ranging project linked to periodic training for those involved in the European planning 2021-2027. The workshop aims to expand the common information on the issues of European direct funding, informing the realities interested about existing opportunities, in support of the administration personnel directly involved in these activities .

Furthermore, the course provides participants with the possibility of acquiring tools to support the drafting and management of European projects and the creation and organisation of working groups and European partnerships. The workshop involves a lab where different working groups will experiment, with the help of an expert, with coming up with proposals for European calls.

The workshop is reserved for MiC staff and will take place in mixed mode in two sessions:

  • live online , on 5 October , on the e-learning platform of the School of Cultural Heritage and Activities Foundation
  • in presence, from 11 to 13 October, at the Central National Library of Rome

Attendance of the entire workshop (about 19 hours) entitles participants to 20 continuing education credits (CFCs).

For participants who reside in places more than 10 km from the border of the Municipality of Rome, the Foundation ensures the coverage of transport expenses and, where necessary, of board and lodging, according to the methods and limits provided for by its Travel Regulations.
