The Directorate-General for Education, Research and Cultural Institutes:
- authorizes educational initiatives, including internships, carried out by public or private entities that involve activities at or in collaboration with the central and sub-central offices of the Ministry of Culture;
- approves the objectives of internships promoted by the Central Institutes and Schools at the State Archive, as well as at all the central and sub-central offices of the Ministry.
Curricular Internships
Training initiatives include curricular internships, for which the central and sub-central offices of the Ministry are host entities.
A curricular internship is intended for students enrolled in a course that includes a period of field experience in order to be granted a title of study (qualification, diploma, degree, post-graduate diploma). It is one of the main opportunities for training within MiC and fosters professional growth through the development of knowledge and skills regarding cultural heritage.
Curricular internships, to be carried out at all of the MiC’s central and sub-central offices, are regulated by Circular DG-ERIC n. 33 dated 29 August 2022.
