What is Fondo Giovani per la cultura

Fondo Giovani per la cultura supports the activation of training and orientation internships for young people up to twenty-nine years of age. During the training internships young people will be employed for specific projects, as part of the support of the activities of protection, use and enhancement of cultural heritage at the central and peripheral offices, institutes and cultural places of the Ministry.

The establishment of the fund, dating back to 2020, is based on initiatives tested in 2014 and 2015 by the Ministry of Culture and aims to:

• promote high-level training activities in the field of cultural heritage;
• encourage and support the recruitment of young people into the world of work.
